Mr. Fern is the President of Chartwell Properties, Inc. Mr. Fern founded the Los Angeles-based Fre investment advisory firm, Churchill Management Group in 1963 and is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He chairs the Churchill Management Investment Team, which is responsible for managing all of the investment accounts. Mr. Fern has well over forty years of experience in the management of securities investments, real estate investments, economic and political analysis, and in counseling corporations and large investors on a variety of business, economic and financial issues. Mr. Fern graduated from the University of California Los Amy Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has done post-graduate work at both UCLA and the University of Southern California (USC). He is recognized by the Investment Counsel Association of America as a Chartered Investment Counselor. Mr. Fern has served on the Boards and Investment Committees of many non-profit organizations, primarily in the area of education. Mrs. Holmes joined the Churchill Management Group in 1969. She is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chartwell Properties, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Churchill Management Group. Mrs. Holmes is responsible for the administration of Chartwell Properties, Inc. and Churchill Management Group, and oversees the accounting and financial reporting of the properties. Her many years of experience in investment management in both fixed income and real estate investments, as well as her extensive experience in the areas of accounting and data processing, make her uniquely qualified for the role she plays in Chartwell Properties, Inc. Mrs. Holmes has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB). She has also done post-graduate work at UCLA.
Mr. Conner is President of Churchill Management Group and part of the Investment Team. Mr. Conner originally joined the Churchill Management Group as a Securities Analyst in 1992 with the responsibility of providing fundamental research on individual companies. After a brief period in the banking industry, he became a Senior Vice President with Churchill Management Group. Mr. Conner is also Senior Vice President of Chartwell Properties, Inc. Mr. Conner received his MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and has done graduate work at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He also has Bachelor Degrees in both Business Administration and Communications.
Mr. Fletcher is Executive Vice President of Chartwell Properties, Inc. and he has overseen the leasing, management and construction activities of the properties managed by Chartwell Properties, Inc. since 1987. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Fletcher is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Certified Leasing Specialist designation. Mr. Fletcher also serves as a board member on the El Paseo Business Improvement District.

Ed Levy is Executive Vice President of Chartwell Family Office and its subsidiaries, Chartwell Properties and Chartwell Funds, all under the Churchill Management Group corporate umbrella. He is responsible for building the firm's institutional client relationship business as well as its compelling LLC opportunities for ultra-high net worth, qualified investors. Ed’s restaurant background and experience supports the long term, strategic leasing goals of Chartwell Properties’ hospitality category. His portfolio of restaurants include the Porta Via brand in California as well as Comedor, an award winning modern, Mexico City style concept in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Churchill Management, Ed served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at William O’Neil + Co since 2010 and prior had various executive rolls at Investor’s Business Daily. Mr. Levy began his professional career in television commercial advertising almost 30 years ago.
Ed earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology and his Master’s degree in Marketing Communication from Boston University. He also serves on several MBA Student Investment Fund Advisory Boards.
When not traveling for business (or pleasure) he spends his time volunteering his time to advance initiatives at the Thyroid Cancer Foundation at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Vista Del Mar, The Rebuilding of Wilshire Boulevard Temple Camps and together with his wife, son and daughter—at Operation Gratitude. Mrs. Smith joined Chartwell Properties in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. She has worked in several areas, gaining in-depth knowledge of the operations of the business. As Senior Vice President, she helps oversee the property management, leasing, marketing and lease administration. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
Mrs. Smith graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and went on to earn a MBA from the University of Florida.

Ms. Reyes joined Chartwell Properties, Inc. in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Chartwell Properties, Inc., Ms. Reyes gained valuable experience in a number of professional offices in the Coachella Valley. She is a key member of the Chartwell Properties, Inc. team, delivering excellent customer service and support.
Ms. Reyes is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
She is also a California Notary Public.
